Staff Training, Audits & Consultancy
Capability building that outlasts the consultancy.
Overview
Sustainable improvement comes from your own people, not from us. We design and deliver training, audit and advisory programmes that transfer capability into your organisation — from board masterclasses to frontline investigation skills.
Whether you need a one-off audit, a rolling programme of training or a retained advisory relationship with senior risk expertise on call, we shape the engagement around your maturity and your budget.
What we deliver
- Board and executive risk masterclasses
- Root cause analysis and investigation training
- Clinical audit and compliance skills programmes
- Retained advisory and interim risk leadership

Frequently asked questions
Can training be tailored to our organisation?
Always. We build every programme around your policies, your incidents and your people — a board masterclass for a mental health trust looks nothing like investigator training for a care home group, and neither should.
What does a retained advisory arrangement look like?
A named senior consultant on call for an agreed amount of time each month — for board advice, incident support, document review or a second opinion before a difficult decision. It gives you senior risk expertise without a senior hire.
How do you make sure training actually changes practice?
We use real cases, practise the skill in the room, and leave behind templates and coaching guides. Where you want evidence of impact, we agree simple measures — for example the quality of subsequent investigation reports — and review them with you.
