He has held senior leadership responsibilities spanning corporate governance, strategic and operational risk management, Board Assurance Frameworks, regulatory compliance, committee governance and organisational assurance.

His experience includes leading corporate risk management arrangements, supporting executive and board-level decision-making, overseeing risk reporting and assurance processes, and advising on governance during complex organisational transformation.

Leon established The Risk Review Group Ltd to provide independent, strategic and practical risk management and governance solutions to healthcare organisations and other regulated sectors.
