Business Continuity & Emergency Planning
Resilience that keeps care running through disruption.
Overview
Winter pressures, cyber incidents, industrial action, utility failures — disruption is a question of when, not if. We build business continuity and emergency preparedness arrangements that keep essential services running when it matters most.
Our work aligns with NHS EPRR core standards and ISO 22301 principles, from business impact analysis through to exercised, tested plans that staff can execute under pressure.

Frequently asked questions
What is EPRR and does it apply to us?
Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response is the NHS framework for planning for disruption. It applies directly to NHS-funded organisations, and its core standards are a sound benchmark for any healthcare provider. We support self-assessment, assurance submissions and plan development.
We have a business continuity plan. Isn't that enough?
Only if it is current, understood and tested. Most plans fail on out-of-date contact lists and assumptions nobody has exercised. A short tabletop exercise usually tells you more than a year of plan reviews.
Can you run an exercise for us?
Yes — we design and facilitate tabletop and live exercises around realistic scenarios for your setting, from utility failure to cyber incident, and debrief them into a short, prioritised improvement plan.
